The problem wasn't traffic — it was silence. Visitors browsing at 9pm, comparing options at 2am, ready to enquire on Christmas Day. But no one there to have the conversation.
So they built Yield — a product that puts your best agent on every page — starting conversations, qualifying buyers, booking viewings, and capturing every revenue opportunity — handing agents leads that are already warmed up and ready to talk.

Property and automation background — involved in 70+ deals totalling high eight figures through a land consultancy working with leading UK agencies. Economics and Finance graduate from Exeter. Has driven seven-figure savings through systems and process improvement across multiple ventures.
Tom Heath
Co-Founder
Property investor and landlord with deep industry knowledge. Previously led multi-million dollar enterprise deals at AiQ Synertial (wearable AI) with clients including Red Bull and Mizuno. Now focused on helping estate agents convert more of the traffic they're already getting.
