Introducer Programme Terms

1. Eligibility

The Yield Introducer Programme is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 or over. You do not need to be a Yield customer to participate. By signing up at deploy-iq-ltd.getrewardful.com/signup, you agree to these terms.

2. How It Works

• Sign up to receive your unique referral link.
• Share your link with estate agencies.
• When an agency clicks your link, a tracking cookie is stored for 60 days.
• If that agency becomes a paying Yield customer within 60 days of clicking, you earn a commission.
• Attribution uses first-touch: the first affiliate link clicked gets credit.

3. Commission Structure

• You earn £100 for each referred agency that converts to a paid subscription.
• Commission is one-time per referred agency (not recurring).
• There is no limit to the number of agencies you can refer.
• Commission is earned only on the first payment from a new customer. Existing Yield customers do not qualify.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions become payable 30 days after the referred agency's first successful payment.
• This delay allows time to verify the referral is legitimate and the customer remains active.
• If the referred customer cancels, requests a refund, or disputes payment within 30 days, the commission is void.
• Minimum payout threshold is £50. Balances below this roll over to the next payout period.
• Payments are made via PayPal to the email address you provide in your account.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on commission income in your jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Self-refer: Refer yourself, your own company, or any business you own, manage, or are employed by.
• Collude: Arrange for someone to sign up using your link with the intent of sharing the commission.
• Create fake accounts: Register multiple affiliate accounts or use fake identities.
• Bid on brand terms: Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) that bids on "Yield", "DeployIQ", or related brand terms.
• Mislead: Make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims about Yield's features, pricing, or capabilities.
• Spam: Send unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or communications.
• Use fraudulent methods: Employ cookie stuffing, click fraud, incentivised clicks, or any deceptive tracking methods.
• Impersonate Yield: Represent yourself as a Yield employee or official representative.

6. Verification and Rejection

We reserve the right to verify all referrals before payment. We may reject commissions and withhold payment if:

• The referrer and referred customer appear to be the same person or company (matching names, emails, addresses, IP addresses, or payment details).
• The referral was obtained through prohibited activities listed above.
• The referred customer cancels within 30 days or disputes the charge.
• We reasonably suspect fraud or abuse of the programme.

Decisions on commission eligibility are made at our sole discretion and are final.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the programme at any time if:

• You violate any of these terms.
• We suspect fraudulent activity.
• Your account has been inactive (no referrals or logins) for 12 months.

If terminated for cause, any unpaid commissions are forfeited. If terminated without cause, legitimate earned commissions will still be paid.

8. Programme Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral programme at any time with 14 days notice. Changes to commission rates or terms apply only to referrals made after the change takes effect. Commissions already earned under previous terms will be honoured.

9. Relationship

Introducers are independent participants, not employees, agents, contractors, or partners of DeployIQ Ltd. This programme does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship. You have no authority to bind DeployIQ to any agreements or obligations.

10. Liability

DeployIQ's liability under this programme is limited to the payment of valid, verified commissions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the programme.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
